LOCAL EXPERTS / THE RESEARCH PROGRAM

SMALL MODELS.
DEEP KNOWLEDGE.

Building focused subject-matter experts for the systems that keep buildings running. Local intelligence, connected to the technician’s actual work.

The right expertise.
The actual building.
The next useful check.

An SME is a subject-matter expert. I’m developing compact models around controls knowledge, connected to current building evidence through a platform adapter.

The first intended home is a suitable workstation or on-site computer. The goal is an offline-capable diagnostic workflow that stays attached to the equipment being investigated.

The specialists and integrations below are in development.

Keep the context.

Selected equipment, available configuration, relevant history, and the source of each observation belong in the investigation.

Earn the answer.

Measure useful work on unfamiliar cases. Compare the specialist with its unchanged base model using equivalent evidence.

Prove the local workflow.

Test the model, references, interface, and supported tools together on the intended hardware without public internet access.

PLATFORM DIRECTION

INSIDE THE WORKFLOW.

The intended experience is simple: select equipment in the BAS, bring its available evidence into the investigation, and review findings against the same equipment.

Explore the concept
  • NiagaraCandidate for an initial integration. Custom applications and data views offer a starting point; actual access needs version-specific qualification.
  • Desigo CCAdapter research based on documented northbound web-service interfaces.
  • LOYTECA platform family to qualify by specific product, firmware, and exposed interfaces.
